Terms & Conditions of Booking

Public Cruises

Unlike other restaurants, being in the middle of the river, we cannot attract “walk-in” trade.

Credit card details are taken on booking.

For bookings of 8 or more adults, a 50% deposit is taken on booking.

For smaller bookings, nothing is rung through on your credit card unless you fail to give notice of cancellation by telephone at least 24 hours before the due departure time. In this case a 50% cancellation fee will be charged to your card.

Cruises run subject to unsafe weather conditions and minimum numbers (8 adults). We will contact you as soon as possible if a cruise cannot go ahead. Naturally, no cancellation fee will be made if we cancel the cruise.

Private Charters

A $500 deposit will secure a date.

You have 3 days from confirmation of receipt of the deposit to change your minds and cancel the booking.

After this time, your deposit will only be refunded if we succeed in re-booking the boat for the same date and time.

Our prices include reasonable cleaning of the boat. The occasional glassware breakage and accidental spillages or stains are par for the course. However, the deposit is kept as a bond which is only released in the absence of serious, intentional or reckless damage or breakages. In addition, whilst we take reasonable steps to ensure payment from guests on a pay-as-you-go bar, should any of your guests leave without paying for their drinks, these sums will also be deducted from the bond.

Final numbers and payment are due 14 days prior to departure. Any increase in numbers after that time will be charged in full, regardless of how many guests arrive on the day.

All charter durations commence and conclude at the Noosa Marina. Pick-ups from your resort jetty or from other Noosa jetties can be arranged, subject to numbers and logistics.
