Our most popular wedding is when a couple decides to get married outdoors on a sandbar in the beautiful Noosa River. Our boat has a shallow draught, meaning we can go into waters where other vessels cannot. Step onto your own private island oasis: rows of sashed white chairs leading you down the aisle to the pagoda; the sand between your toes and the sun on your face.

What better location for the perfect wedding?

After the beach wedding have your photographs taken in a stunning and unique setting, before returning to the boat for the reception meal and party, or a river cruise and transfer to another reception venue. Enjoy the gentle breeze, delight in the breath-taking scenery and soak up the amazing sunsets.

Marrying on the sandbar is a much more private occasion than getting married on the public beach – no man in Speedos walking his dog through your wedding photos; no-one hurrying you along as there’s another wedding party queuing up behind you.
